Your product or service makes someone's work or life easier, more cost-effective, safer, simpler, better.
Your product or service meets a need. It's great news for those you can help. Letting those who you're already helping tell that story to others of your audience builds your crediblity.
That story will inform, inspire and lead people to you. To tell it effectively, you need to:
- gather the facts about the story from different points of view
- have a non-specialist gather the information and write the article so that it is told in layman's terms.
- make sure one or two main points - consistent with your organizations' strategy - clearly emerge
- make it fun to read, rich in content, and relevant

“In high traffic areas that need a lot of
maintenance, I don’t know that there’s anything better out there,” said Thomas Wilkins, architect for facilities development at Parkland. “You’d be hard pressed to find a better product than Terrazzo.”
For Boy Removed from his Home
When “Andy” came to St. PJ’s this fall, it was his second time to be removed from his chaotic home environment. He had a difficult time, as any child would, with the instability of his situation and with adjusting to the structure at St. PJ's. “He would come to me crying and complaining a lot about school and about the dorm, about being picked on by the other children,” said Daniella Kuhn, his caseworker.
“He was often in trouble for his chores. He is very different from his peers, and he had a lot of trust issues.”
